Notice Period Refund
Within 15 minutes of making your booking Should you make a mistake in your booking, we give you a 15-minute grace period in which you can cancel within the app without any charge just after submitting your booking.
Within 2 hours of the appointment 50% refund via voucher
Between 24 and 2 hours before the appointment 70% refund
More than 24 hours before the appointment 100% refund

Cancellation/Change Policy You can cancel your booking anytime; however, we charge a fee if you give us less than 24 hours’ notice.

Please allow 24 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling to avoid a 100% charge. For spa treatments, a deposit is required to hold your reservation. For salon services, frequent cancellations or no shows will require a deposit for all reservations.


Late arrivals

For spa treatments, arriving late may require us to shorten the length of your treatment with full charges applied. For salon services, your appointment may not be guaranteed if you’re more than 10 minutes late as there may be appointments scheduled after yours.

Right to Refuse Service

DBM Spa and staff reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Prices and services may change without notice. Packages, series, and promotions are valid only at the location offered.  Monetary value of gift cards may be used at only Deep Breath Massage  Spa location.
