POST BOOKING CHECKLIST
Check if all the details of your booking, such as date, time, treatment & duration, are correct. Let us know of any pre-existing conditions or allergic reactions you’ve had to similar treatments in the past.

|Within 15 minutes of making your booking||Should you make a mistake in your booking, we give you a 15-minute grace period in which you can cancel within the app without any charge just after submitting your booking.|
|Within 2 hours of the appointment||50% refund via voucher|
|Between 24 and 2 hours before the appointment||70% refund|
|More than 24 hours before the appointment||100% refund|
Cancellation/Change Policy You can cancel your booking anytime; however, we charge a fee if you give us less than 24 hours’ notice.
Please allow 24 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling to avoid a 100% charge. For spa treatments, a deposit is required to hold your reservation. For salon services, frequent cancellations or no shows will require a deposit for all reservations.
For spa treatments, arriving late may require us to shorten the length of your treatment with full charges applied. For salon services, your appointment may not be guaranteed if you’re more than 10 minutes late as there may be appointments scheduled after yours.
